Good read and valid points. I have finally lost the weight I wanted to and then some.. 30lbs and countless inches by overhauling how I eat. I eat large meals, small meals, but I made significant changes like eliminating gluten but I eat a lot of rice and potatoes, I don’t Eat cheese, red meat and limit processed food and today I feel amazing at age 42 weighing in at 140lbs at 5’10. It took me a couple years to lose the weight. Since April I lost 10lbs.. slowest weightloss plan possible… but it is sustainable. That’s what counts
