Good read. Love the part of nurturing I was raised without a mother and most of my family was overseas growing up. Nurturing was not something I was exposed to growing up. I love my boys with all my heart but show love in so many other ways. Thankfully their father is an amazing nurturer as his parents were also divorced but he was raised by his mother. Balancing act.

And to this day, I don’t understand Why emotions are bad. We want vulnerability at work but we don’t want the emotion that comes with it. How is that possible?
