Just this past week, a video has gone viral with Fox NFL announcers mocked the military flyovers as a waste of money, commenting on how that would never happen under a Biden Harris Administration. Joe Buck and Troy Aikman are correct. And as President Trump focuses on building American Pride and support for our military, Americans are tuning out the anti-American sentiments now felt through the NFL, NBA, and Hollywood.

NFL ratings are down in record numbers, and this is coming off a record low NBA season. While the NFL has tried to justify numbers are low due to people paying close attention to the election, that is not the real reason. People like me are tired of political statements everywhere we go with a heavy anti-American sentiment.

Our entertainment industry, aka Hollywood, feels the backlash as people like me think Hollywood has lost its’ American Values. Netflix, with whom the Obama’s have landed a multiyear deal worth millions to produce anything they wish, dropped in shares and subscribers and ultimately led to a lawsuit after the release of “Cuties.”

After the final credits for its latest film “Mulan” thanked government entities in Xinjiang, the province where Muslims have faced human rights abuses, Disney faced backlash.

I applaud President Trump’s efforts as he restores pride and our military in the United States..

Under the President Obama era cuts, the military was left too weak to fight multiple global menaces.

As a result of the cuts:

The Army was left smaller than at any time since before World War II. The Navy and Air Force are likewise at historically small levels.

Readiness was another problem. Top brass have testified that only three of 58 Army brigade combat teams were ready to fight; less than half of the Air Force was ready, and half of the Navy’s aircraft was grounded for parts or maintenance.

Budget cuts have dramatically reduced flight hours for pilots and other training essential to keeping our warriors sharp and safe.

…And military enrollment has dropped to an all-time low due to dwindling numbers of interested and qualified recruits and obesity. 31% of future soldiers disqualify due to obesity. A 2016 study published in the American Journal of Preventive Medicine found that “active-duty soldiers with obesity were 33% more likely to suffer musculoskeletal injury, contributing to the more than 3.6 million injuries that occurred among active duty service members between 2008 and 2017.”

Thanks to President Trump, the military is now feeling the effects of $2.2 trillion invested in the services since he took office in 2017. “We have purchased the finest planes, missiles, rockets, ships, and every other form of military equipment — all made in the United States of America,” said President Trump.

Not only has President Trump boosted United States defense spending, but he has also raised contributions from the other NATO members by more than $400 billion, and the number of allies meeting their minimum obligations has more than doubled.

China’s Government and the Communist Party is the United States’ Greatest Threat.

China is engaged in a whole-of-state effort to become the world’s only superpower by any means necessary. This includes economic espionage, data hacking, intellectual property theft, bribery, blackmail, and other coercive attempts “to sway our government’s policies, distort our country’s public discourse, and undermine confidence in our democratic processes and values.

China’s economy is the second-largest in the world and has the largest active-duty military along with intercontinental ballistic missiles (ICBMs)

China’s economic policies and its militarization of the South China Sea and Russia’s efforts to undermine NATO and its nuclear arsenal are major concerns for the U.S. military.

China has “neo-imperial ambitions to spread its power throughout the world” — pointing to efforts like the Belt & Road Initiative that gives money to countries in the region and beyond to build infrastructure, as well as its moves in the South China Sea and Hong Kong.

China’s leaders want to develop their military to be “world-class” by 2049. China now has the largest Navy in the world and is planning to grow its nuclear weapons arsenal. Over the next decade, China will expand and diversify its nuclear forces, likely at least doubling its nuclear warhead stockpile.

Chinese now has full control of the Kingston Freeport in Jamaica.

If it takes a military flyover over an NFL game to drive enthusiasm and see our military in a new light as part of President’s Trump’s campaign to rebrand the military, the fuel is a small price to pay when it comes to safeguarding the United States.
