Yiur article is spot on. At 41 I would be considered older in the workforce and I know I have new ideas to offer that are not yet being done actively in the workforce. Women are at a losing advantage because many of use take time out of the workforce to raise our children and there is an assumption made we know nothing and motherhood teaches us nothing. It’s an ignorant attitude at best. Unfortunately many times corporate leadership, men and women included, make it really hard on women to thrive in a career.
